Virtual & in-person counseling for adults and relationships across Louisiana
Who I see
I work with adults navigating
C-PTSD, neurodiversity, gender identity and sexual orientation, attachment injuries, chronic nervous system dysregulation, and the impacts of marginalization.
I also work with relationships that feel stuck in painful patterns, where attachment wounds are shaping the dynamic, or trust and respect have been fractured. Many of my clients have survived through masking, hypervigilance, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or dissociation and are seeking more authentic and sustainable ways of relating to themselves and others.
I approach therapy through a collaborative and non-pathologizing lens grounded in Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT),
EMDR, and IFS/parts work.
IFS offers an expansive framework for exploring your inner landscape, inviting all parts of you to have a seat at the table with curiosity and care.
AIT is a somatic therapy that works with the body’s energy centers to clear trauma.
EMDR uses bottom-up processing to resolve “big T” and “little t” trauma by integrating painful experiences into the present and rewiring core beliefs.
Reiki, tarot, or aspects of your spirituality may be incorporated as supportive resourcing tools.
How I work
Who I am
I was born and raised in Louisiana. I spent nearly a decade in the field of veterinary medicine and carry my connection to animals with me everywhere I go. I am an improviser (theatre kid alert!) and often use humor and finding the absurdity in the mundane to cope. I am a Level II Reiki practitioner. Tarot & astrology are big interests of mine. Your email will always find me with a cup of coffee in hand. In my free time, I love to garden, wire-wrap gemstones, hang out with my dog, and escape into nature any chance I get.
Identity & Values
I lead with transparency and mindfulness around how my lived experiences may impact my clinical work.
I am white, trans non-binary, queer, and neurodivergent.
I believe in the inherent worth of all living things. My therapeutic container aims to empower clients in their authenticity and sovereignty. In a society pushing toward constant productivity and self-improvement, my approach centers slowing down and cultivating a present moment awareness rarely afforded to us in our daily lives.
I strive toward anti-racist, anti-carceral, and decolonized practice. I aim to affirm non-dominant experiences and center marginalized voices inside and outside of the therapy room.
